Efird Surveying Group: from old storefront to new
Every shop has two storefronts now, the physical one and the website, and a land surveying and mapping firm in DeLand is no different.
This page walks from the archived Efird Surveying Group storefront to the new one, which offers a services site paired with a custom job, scheduling and billing system that replaced spreadsheet tracking.
The old Efird Surveying Group window display
Walking past the efirdsurveying.com storefront on March 12, 2026, as archived by the Wayback Machine, you would have seen this.
The window under the sign “Efird Surveying Group | Surveying & Mapping Services” featured an orange-and-green layout with a Florida map graphic, a bulleted list of survey services and phone numbers in the header.
The Efird Surveying Group storefront today
Step inside the new site and you find a services site paired with a custom job, scheduling and billing system that replaced spreadsheet tracking.
The current Efird Surveying Group storefront is pictured below.
Custom software we built for a DeLand business
Efird Surveying Group, a DeLand neighbor of our store, uses a custom web application we built to run the day-to-day work of its survey office.
What you see below is that software shown with sample shop-window data, never the firm's real customers.
What a computer store learns from Efird Surveying Group
Customers judge a shop by its window, and online that window is the homepage of Efird Surveying Group.
