SpeedFreek RC: from old storefront to new
Every shop has two storefronts now, the physical one and the website, and a Florida builder of custom fiberglass RC racing boats is no different.
This page walks from the archived SpeedFreek RC storefront to the new one, which offers a product-led store for hulls, assembled boats and parts.
The old SpeedFreek RC window display
Walking past the speedfreekrc.com storefront on February 9, 2011, as archived by the Wayback Machine, you would have seen this.
The window under the sign “Home page” featured a stock Magento storefront template with a Home Page heading and sidebar boxes.
The SpeedFreek RC storefront today
Step inside the new site and you find a product-led store for hulls, assembled boats and parts.
The current SpeedFreek RC storefront is pictured below.
What a computer store learns from SpeedFreek RC
